**What is Dipfinding?**

Dipfinding watches the US stock market and sends you a real-time alert the moment a stock makes a

big move — a ~30% spike or dip, a momentum breakout on heavy volume, or a swing on one of your

watchlist tickers — across OTC, NASDAQ, and NYSE.

**Is Dipfinding financial advice?**

No. Dipfinding is a market-information and alert tool only. Always do your own research before making

any trading decision.

**How do the memberships work?**

– **Free** — a live look at the Market Movers and Momentum channels, on a 15-minute delay.

– **Basic ($19.99/mo)** — real-time dip & spike alerts with push notifications on every channel.

– **Pro ($29.99/mo, or $249.99/yr)** — everything in Basic, plus the Watchlist channel (custom

screener coming soon).

All paid plans start with a **$4.99 / 14-day trial**.

**How do I turn on notifications?**

Open the app → **Channels** tab → enable notifications (sign-in required), then pick the channels you

want pushed to your device.

**How do I manage or cancel my subscription?**

On iPhone: **Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Dipfinding**. On the web: your account billing

portal. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the current period ends.

**I paid but don’t see my membership.**

Open the app → **Account** tab → try “Restore purchases” on the paywall. If it still doesn’t show,

email us with the email on your account.

**Delete my account / data?**

Email **support@dipfinding.com** and we’ll remove your account and associated data.
