# Privacy Policy — Dipfinding

Dipfinding (“we”, “us”) operates the Dipfinding mobile app and the website dipfinding.com. This

policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices. We keep it short and specific.

## What we collect

– **Account info.** When you sign in, our authentication provider (Clerk) processes your email

address, and — if you use Sign in with Apple — the name/relay email Apple provides. We use this to

create and secure your account.

– **Device & notification data.** If you enable push notifications, we store your device’s push

token and the alert channels you’ve selected, so we can deliver the alerts you asked for.

– **Subscription status.** When you purchase a membership, Apple (and, on the web, Stripe) and our

subscription processor (RevenueCat) tell us which plan you hold and whether it’s active. We do

**not** receive or store your full payment card details — those stay with Apple/Stripe.

– **Basic app usage.** Standard technical data (app version, device type, error logs) needed to run

and debug the service.

We do **not** sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

## How we use it

– Deliver the real-time stock alerts and notifications you subscribe to.

– Determine your membership tier and unlock the corresponding features.

– Maintain security, prevent abuse, and fix problems.

– Respond to your support requests.

## Who we share it with (service providers)

We share the minimum necessary with vendors that run the service on our behalf, under their own

privacy terms:

– **Clerk** — authentication

– **Supabase** — our database (account entitlements, selected channels, device tokens)

– **RevenueCat** — subscription management (receives an anonymous user id + purchase status)

– **Apple** and, for web purchases, **Stripe** — payment processing

– **Expo** and **Apple Push Notification service** — delivering push notifications

## Data retention & your choices

– You can turn off notifications any time in the app or your device settings.

– You can request deletion of your account and associated data by emailing us (below); we remove it

except where we must retain records for legal or accounting reasons.

– Manage or cancel a subscription in your **Apple ID → Subscriptions** (or, for web, your Stripe

billing portal).

## Not financial advice

Dipfinding provides market-movement alerts and information only. It is not investment advice, and no

trading or brokerage occurs in the app.

## Children

Dipfinding is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

## Changes

We’ll update this page and revise the effective date when this policy changes.
